About these terms

The website is provided by BetterSteps ([STATUTAIRE NAAM]), [ADRES], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK [NUMMER]). These terms only cover the use of this website.

Other agreements apply to the platform

The use of the BetterSteps platform, with the app and the dashboard, is not covered by these terms. It is governed by the agreement between BetterSteps and the organisation that uses the platform, our general terms and conditions ([ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN]) and the data processing agreement.

Do you use the app as a participant? Then the organisation that supports you makes the agreements with us. If you have questions about the app, please contact that organisation first.

Information on the website

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. Even so, something may be incorrect or out of date. The information is general and intended as an introduction to the platform. No rights can be derived from it. We may change the website and the information at any time.

The images of the app and the dashboard on this website are examples. Data marked as sample data is not real.

Prices

The prices on the website, including those in the calculator, are example prices excluding VAT. They give you an idea of the costs and are not an offer.

An agreement with BetterSteps only comes into existence once we have put it in writing and both signed it. What that agreement says takes precedence over what is on the website.

Requesting a demo

Requesting a demo is without obligation. A request does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us either. You can read how we handle the details of your request in our privacy statement.

Using the website

Please use the website in a normal way. You may not disrupt the website or try to break into it, or use the form for spam or misleading requests.

Texts, images and brand

The texts, images, logo, the BetterSteps name and the design of this website belong to BetterSteps or to parties that gave us permission. The names and logos of customers, such as VitalFem, belong to those customers.

You may view the website, share pages and save them for your own use. For any other use, such as copying or distributing content, you first need our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website sometimes links to websites of others, such as that of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website secure and available, but we cannot promise that it will always work without errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from your use of the information on this website, or from the website being temporarily unavailable. This does not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

Applicable law
